How do I care for my jewelry? To preserve the life of your Christ Jewelry avoid showering or swimming with it on. Even though our jewelry is made with high quality metals,  we recommend keeping your jewelry away from water and harsh products. Avoid  contact with lotions and perfumes to prevent tarnishing. To enhance the shine of your laser engraved charms, use a drop of baby or vegetable oil with a lint-free cloth.


Does your christian jewelry shop make custom pieces?- Typically, we do not offer any customizing on our christian jewelry such as special engraving ,names, birth dates, etc. Depending on the size of the order and needs, we can make special arrangements for our laser engraved jewelry. Use the contact form for inquires.


Shipping – Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. We offer standard First class shipping through USPS on all orders. Orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days upon shipping. Larger orders automatically are upgraded to Priority mail 2-3 day shipping.


Do we ship internationally?– No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.


Returns/Exchanges – We do not accept returns, however in the event of a customer receiving damaged merchandise an exchange will be made with no additional shipping costs. We ask that the customer immediately submit a photo of the damaged goods and we will ship out a new piece as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that these are limited pieces. If your item is not in stock you will be notified and given the option of a full refund. 

We want to offer our customers the best service possible. We make every effort to ensure the quality of our jewelry. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your goods you can exchange it within 7 days after receiving it. The jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
